Refund policy

We do not offer refunds.

However, we offer store credit for your return items as long as it adheres to our return policy.

The sooner you notify us of the return reason (e.g., change of mind, quality issue, etc.) and ship your item(s) back to us, the faster we give you credit.

We aim to please and try our very best to ensure thorough inspection of all our products before delivering. We are human and understand things may not be perfect. If you observe any flaws to our products, please contact us immediately at hello@shopatori.com so we can rectify the issue and provide next steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Timeline to Return: You have up to 14 days to return the item back to us after your order is delivered. Failure to return the item back within the timeframe will result in us not being able to give you credit and company refusal to accept the returned item.

How We Handle Your Return & Give You Credit: Once your item is returned to us and inspected to ensure it meets all store’s policy conditions (see our listed conditions below), your store credit will be processed/credited in the form of a store e-Gift card immediately upon approval.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to receive a store credit if we do not receive your requested return within the allotted timeframe. If your return is delivered to us more than 14 days after your order date, you will not receive store credit and product(s) will be shipped back to you.

All gift card purchase returns will be issued as store credit. No exceptions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and next steps.

Store Policy Conditions:

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with label tagging still attached. Missing tag labels and/or modifications to the product (i.e. alterations, washing, markings, etc.) forfeits the right to be returned and accepted for refund, store credit, or exchange.

Any item received that do not meet the specified conditions mentioned above and hereon in this policy will be refused as an acceptable return.

Non-returnable item(s): We do not accept returned products that are intimate, swimwear, accessories, customized, clearance, or final sale items. This also may include items we deemed unsanitary to resell.

Due to the limited styles ATORI curates, we do not offer refunds nor accept returns or exchanges on items marked as clearance or final sale.

If we receive your item and it does not meet the conditions herein our policy, we reserve the right to charge a delivery fee based on our shipping partners current rates to ship the product back to you.

Please keep this is mind before you purchase products from us. If we receive your return and it does not meet the listed conditions, you’ll be responsible for fees related to shipping the item(s) back to you.
