What size should I choose?
Always choose your size unless the description states the product is ‘Oversized’ or provides recommendations based on the material (elasticity/spandex/PU/etc.). We encourage you to always check product descriptions for details regarding material and fit of the item.

Do you offer Free Shipping for internationally?
Unfortunately, no. We hope to bring this option or shipping offers similar in fashion to the entire world soon. International shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
How can I get Free Shipping?
FREE shipping is currently offered for U.S. customers only (domestic orders).
Simply add items to your cart totaling over $125 (before taxes) to qualify for this offer.
We may also offer free shipping through other promotional incentives; details regarding promotional offers are always delivered to our ACC List (email subscribers) first before sharing with the public. So signup if you have not done so already to get exclusive deals.
Do you offer pick-up options for local customers?
No, we do not currently offer local pick-up. We hope to bring this option to our D.C., Maryland, and Virginia customers soon. Good news is that since we are in the DMV area, your order can be delivered to you sooner due to proximity and our shipping partners zoning delivery estimations.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. However, we offer store credit for your return items as long as it adheres to our return policy.
It is important to ensure you are 100% sure of your purchase before checking out as we do not make changes to received orders.
Of course, we understand that there can be a change of heart. We offer store credit if you are not satisfied or changed your mind about your purchased item.
*We do not offer store credit on items marked final sale, modified products, missing product tag labels or attached accessories, custom orders, or gift items (gift card purchases or items marked as gift). All gift card purchases that are returned will receive store credit only.
Our return policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you store credit.
To be eligible for store credit your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with label tagging still attached. Missing tag labels and/or modifications to the product (i.e. alterations, washing, markings, etc.) forfeits the right to be returned and accepted for refund, store credit, or exchange.
Unfortunately, we will not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. ALL FINAL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL!
