What size should I choose?

Always choose your size unless the description states the product is ‘Oversized’ or provides recommendations based on the material (elasticity/spandex/PU/etc.). We encourage you to always check product descriptions for details regarding material and fit of the item.

Do you offer Free Shipping for internationally?

Not at this time. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.

How can I get Free Shipping?

Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders over $75 before taxes.

Do you offer pick-up options for local customers?

We do not currently offer local pickup. Orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Can I get a refund?

We want you to love your ATORI purchase. If your order isn’t quite the right fit, we’re here to help with an eligible exchange or store credit.

At this time, ATORI does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Eligible returns are issued as ATORI Store Credit in accordance with the Returns Policy.
