Shipping policy

We will ship your order after processing is complete. Processing (warehouse handling to delivery partner drop-off/pick-up) can take up to 3 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or high peak sale periods).

Your order will arrive up to 7 days after shipment.

For any shipping delays cause by us, we will notify you by email or other written correspondence.

Please note that during high peak sale periods, processing and shipment may be extended an additional 3-7 business days (not including weekends). During this period, we try our best to ensure your order is ready for shipment and delivered as soon as possible.

We do not guarantee Priority/Express shipping during sale peak periods, and ask that you consider this when such sales (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) are active.

  • U.S. Orders Priority/Express (up to 2 business days) delivery rates are calculated during checkout.
  • U.S. Standard shipping (up to 7 business days) rates starting from $14.99 and may be calculated based on weight of total order.
  • Free standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $99.

Note: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. The times above includes processing and in-transit time for your order. For certain extended delivery zip codes, your order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

All orders accepted and shipped (or in transit) by the shipping carriers are no longer in our possession, therefore we are not responsible for in-flight damages or stolen packages. If your order package is damaged or missing, you must check with the shipping carrier first. We take pride in our packaging and will ensure it is inspected and safely packaged prior to delivery.

Pre-checkout delivery inquiries with a subject of ‘Shipping Help Needed for Checkout’ will be responded to within 24 hours or less. All other inquiries will be responded to within 24-48 hours. We aim to respond sooner so please be as specific as possible in your email subject. This helps us, help you.
