Return Policy

It is important to ensure you are 99.99% sure of your purchase before checking out as we do not make changes to received orders.

Of course, we understand that our minds change and so does our styles. We offer store credit for regular and sale price items if your returned purchased order meets specific conditions (see below).

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items. ALL ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ARE FINAL!

Our return policy lasts up to 30 days for exchange/store credit.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase delivery, we cannot offer you store credit.

Store Policy Conditions:

To be eligible for store credit, all of the following conditions must be met:

The return inquiry must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
The item must be returned within 30 days from delivery.

Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange nor return.

Modifications to the product (i.e. alterations, washing, markings (makeup/deodorant/markers/pencils), perfume/scented smells, etc.) or missing garment/shoe embellishments forfeits the right to be returned and accepted for refund or store credit.

Any item received that do not meet the specified conditions mentioned above and hereon in this policy will be refused as an acceptable return.

We also do not accept returned products that are intimate, swimwear, accessories, customized, clearance, or final sale items.
